Architect of Performance

My approach to coaching is rooted in both science and experience, shaped by a lifelong pursuit of understanding human performance, movement, and adaptation.

My love for training started early in the pursuit of a dream to play football at the highest level, attending and playing at Whitworth University, but my education didn’t stop in the classroom. Years of working with athletes, professionals, and high-performing individuals have continuously refined my understanding of strength, biomechanics, and physiological optimization. This combined with hundreds of hours spent on continuing education, courses, seminars, and mentorships has refined my methodology.

I don’t see training as a collection of sets and reps. It’s a process of engineering adaptation—developing strength, resilience, and capacity in a way that integrates with the body’s natural mechanics rather than fighting against them. My methods are built on progressive adaptation, biomechanical efficiency, and individualized programming that evolves as the person does. While the fitness industry often focuses on short-term results, I am far more interested in long-term capability, structural integrity, and sustainability.

Beyond the technical side, coaching is deeply personal to me. Strength is not just a physical quality—it’s the foundation of how we move, think, and operate in the world. My goal is to help people build a system that enhances their performance, longevity, and overall quality of life, not just for a training cycle, but for decades to come.

What Sets My Coaching Apart?

Precision-driven adaptation. Every variable—biomechanics, physiology, recovery kinetics—is accounted for. You don’t just get a program; you get a meticulously engineered roadmap designed for your body, your performance needs, and your long-term evolution.

Holistic integration. Performance is not isolated to sets, reps, and macros—it’s an interconnected system of physiology, neurology, behavior, and psychology. True progress demands an approach that integrates every factor influencing adaptation and sustainability.

The foundation is the relationship. Coaching is not just about programming—it’s about understanding the individual. My role is not just to provide knowledge, but to walk alongside you in the process, adapting strategies to your lifestyle, challenges, and aspirations. The best results don’t come from a transactional coach-client dynamic; they come from a collaborative relationship built on trust, communication, and shared commitment.

Deep individual investment. You are not just another client—I am personally invested in your success. Every check-in, every adjustment, every conversation is designed to ensure you are seen, heard, and equipped with exactly what you need. My job doesn’t end when the workout is over—it extends to the way you think, recover, fuel, and operate in your day-to-day life.

A long-term vision. This is not about quick-fix results—it’s about constructing a body and mindset that will serve you for years. My goal is not just to help you achieve short-term milestones, but to equip you with the knowledge, autonomy, and confidence to sustain progress long after our coaching ends.

I coach because I believe in the potential of every individual to operate at a higher level—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Coaching is a process of building, refining, and evolving—and the cornerstone of that process is the relationship we develop along the way.
